Work on the various layers of the abdominal area to the deepest layer (psoas) with all approaches on the front of the pelvis. Front thigh musculature right up to the lobes on the pelvis. Freedom along the front of the leg to achieve full leg extension, pelvic tilt / shift correction. Topic integrity.
6th session
Relationship of the legs through the pelvis and guts space
Organization of body cavities (Core)
The entire back of the legs from the heels to the lugs on the pelvis. Work on the gluteal muscles up to the deep attachments on hip and cross / tailbone (the rotators). The deep layers of the back muscles up to the beginnings at the pool edge. Freedom along the back of the leg for full leg flexion. Balance Coccyx / Sacrum. Topic trust.

Balance the head and neck relationship
Work on the deep neck and neck muscles with the approaches to the head, collarbone and upper ribs. Possibly. until shoulders and arms. Work in the mouth in conjunction with cervical spine.
